Hemp Protein Balls

As discussed on our podcast, here is the recipe we used for our THC free balls of hemp goodness.


  • Coffee Mug- This is your measuring cup
  • Coffee Mug- Another one to mix wet ingredients
  • Table Spoon- Measure out wet ingredients
  • Mixing Bowl- Make sure this is big enough
  • Coating Bowl- Any old bowl will do
  • Storage Container- Make some room in your fridge for this


  • 1 Mug- Hemp Protein Powder (I prefer unflavoured)
  • 1 Mug LSA- Linseed, Sunflower, Almond Mix- 1 Mug
  • 3/4 Mug- Dessicated Coconut
  • 1/2 Mug (minimum)- Dessicated Coconut for coating
  • 1/3 to half a Mug- Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Mug- Organic Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons- Stevia Powder (less if you use sweetened or flavoured protein powder)
  • 4 Tablespoons Minimum- Organic, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 3 Big Tablespoons- Nutella (less if you are watching your sugar)

Few Tablespoons- Water- As much as necessary to add enough enough moisture for the mixture to bind


Mix the dry ingredients

Mix the wet ingredients

Mix the lot

Roll into balls and coat in dessicated coconut

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
